Rules & Regulations

  • Students may apply by mail or on-line. An application fee of US$100 (non-refundable) must be included, together with 3-photos, copies of all academic credentials& financial support form. Additional fee will be charged for translation from foreign language to English.
  • TOEFL or other English Proficiency Tests or SAT tests are NOT required.
  • If approved, A conditional letter of acceptance will be issued. The student must pay at least 50% of the total fee within 30 days to receive a ‘Letter of Acceptance’.
  • Foreign students must pre-pay at least six months of shared-housing cost (US$500×6=$3000.00)
  • Both the Admission Letter and Paid housing Letter are required to apply for U.S.Visa.
  • In case the visa is refused, 100% of the monies paid, less $100.00 Application Fee, and other administrative costs, bank-charge, etc. will be refunded.
  • Courses can be taken on-campus, on-line or a mix of both.
